The Garden Dr Logo Small.png

For over thirty-five years I worked full time as a doctor with a growing interest in gardening and gardens. After I retired I took several courses in horticulture and garden design and have overhauled and looked after several small gardens for friends and family.

I can help young families moving to a house with a garden for the first time – trying to make it suitable for family life with minimal maintenance whilst not spending a lot of money on plants or hard landscaping.

I also appreciate the challenges of growing older and trying to keep “on top” of your garden by making it much easier to look after. I can offer a redesign and planting service to make sure that you can maintain and enjoy your garden

I aim to give you a garden which you can manage yourself and meets the needs of you and your family.

I can offer a range of services, designed so you can take over your garden transformation at any time – I can initially visit you at your home – in East Surrey or South West London - to meet you and understand what you want me to do to help you and your garden.

The transformation comes in three stages
